We started Unique Needs with a simple belief: everyone deserves care that feels personal, genuine, and truly supportive. As passionate support workers with over a decade of combined experience, Adam Hinds and Kellie Soule recognized the gaps and frustrations that can arise in larger organizations, where the focus on individuals often gets lost. This experience shaped our approach and inspired us to create a service that prioritizes staying connected with our clients’ needs.

 

At Unique Needs, we’ve deliberately chosen to remain relatively small, so we can focus on what truly matters: building meaningful relationships and providing high-quality, personalized support that makes a real difference in people’s lives.

 

Located in Launceston, Tasmania, we’re proud to be part of this vibrant community, offering a range of services tailored to the diverse needs of the people we support.
