Adam Hinds co-founded Unique Needs with one clear goal: support that treats each person as an individual, not a number. With over nine years in aged care and 4 years disability support, he stays hands-on — working directly alongside people to make sure they feel valued, respected, and genuinely heard. Adam has built Unique Needs around a small, consistent team, because he knows familiar faces and real relationships are what make good support truly work.
Kellie
Kellie Soule co-founded Unique Needs with four years of dedicated support work behind her, and a natural gift for connecting with people. She believes genuine relationships sit at the heart of outstanding care, and her warmth makes people feel heard, understood, and comfortable from the very first meeting. Kellie has lived and worked in Launceston for years, and she is passionate about helping people feel at home in their own community.
Richard
Richard is our team leader and brings more than 12 years of experience in dementia and aged care to his disability support work, along with a deep well of patience and compassion. He takes the time to understand each person's story, building trust slowly and properly, then tailoring his support around what actually helps them thrive. His steady, respectful approach means you always know what to expect — and you always feel valued.
Fiona
Fiona has worked as a dedicated and nurturing support worker for over three years, and her patient, non-judgmental nature puts people at ease straight away. She takes the time to understand what each person needs, and adapts her support to match — never rushing, never assuming. With a deep love of animals, camping, and making memories, Fiona brings warmth and genuine enjoyment to every visit, and she is especially good at supporting people to get out and enjoy the Launceston community they love.

Chloe is a passionate and caring support worker who recently completed her Certificate III in Individual Support. New to the field but full of genuine enthusiasm, she brings warmth, dedication, and a fresh perspective to every shift — and she is excited to be building her career right here in Launceston. Wendy is a highly capable and committed support worker whose care genuinely reflects each person's individual needs.
